Terms of Service

Who we are

RIVER Poker is operated by RiverPoker ("we", "us"). By using RIVER Poker you are entering into an agreement with RiverPoker. By continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

RIVER Poker connects online players to a live, in-person poker table using video, AI card scanning and play-money chips. Chips have no monetary value and RIVER Poker is not a gambling service. Hosting a table requires a RIVER Host subscription; joining a table is free.

Accounts

You must be of legal age in your country, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for real-money gambling, fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, or scraping). You must not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Intellectual property

RiverPoker retains all rights, title and interest in the service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Service level

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
