RiverPoker offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your RIVER Host subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Free trial
Every new RIVER Host subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net to look up your order, or contact our support team and we will help.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription link on the home page. Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
